Check your email for the link to schedule your introductory 30-minute deep-dive session.

Your first coaching session is 30 minutes long, during which we’ll identify your design goals. We’ll then agree on your first Action Plan assignment so you can jump right in and start making progress. You’ll get a same-day recording of the call, confirmation of your Action Plan, and a link to schedule your next coaching call.

The remaining sessions are 15 minutes each. Once you complete your Action Plan, schedule your next call. 

Each Action Plan is a set of tasks that you and I agree on. When you’ve completed those tasks, you can schedule your next 15-minute laser coaching call. It’s up to you how quickly you implement the strategies we discuss. I’ll help you make decisions to keep moving forward.

Laser coaching is a focused coaching strategy for motivated people who want ongoing support, accountability, and accelerated action in short bursts. It works by focusing you on achieving one goal at a time. Once that goal is accomplished, you'll work towards a new one. The laser coaching method relies on both of us coming into calls with a tight focus, and then strategically cutting through whatever noise or confusion might be holding you back. This isn't a program where I do the work for you; I will guide you and answer your questions, giving you the push and support you need to move forward with confidence.

Yes. The secret to this method of coaching is that it strips away small talk and banter, leaving only a tight focus on problems or opportunities, an action plan, and a result. First, we confirm your goals and identify next steps. Then, we discuss the challenges you may face, and agree on what action(s) you'll take before our next call.

Anything related to your design business and professional goals. Examples include career objectives, freelance business set up, agency structures, finding your dream clients, proposals and fees, client relationships, creative strategy, design briefs, creative critiques, presentations that sell, working with teams and vendors, and much more.

Yes. Once you complete the Action Plan homework assignment, you can go online and schedule your next session. It's entirely up to you how quickly you implement the strategies we discuss. You'll have 1:1 access to me for a full year.

If you’re truly stuck, email me anytime. We’ll figure out how to move forward, either with an easier assignment, or breaking it into smaller parts, or uncovering and removing the blockage.

Yes. On our first (30 minute) call, if you don’t think I can absolutely help you achieve your business goals, then we’ll cancel the agreement and I’ll refund your money immediately. However, the pre-work and onboarding call requires a lot of time and prep work, so you will be refunded the amount you paid less a $150 onboarding fee. No refunds are offered beyond the onboarding session, so please be ready to commit to having a coach and being held accountable for doing the work. You’ve got this!
